The Role

Becoming the UX Designer offers the chance to design and deliver end-to-end interaction journeys and define end-to-end workflow across the company. You will transform how users engage with insurance platforms and you’ll play a pivotal role in aligning business processes with user needs, ensuring efficiency, visibility, and high-quality data.

In this role, you will:

  • Define user needs and map personas across underwriting and operations
  • Design and prototype wireframes, user journeys, and visual concepts with tools like Figma and UXPin
  • Present storyboards and solutions to senior stakeholders across the business
  • Conduct usability testing to refine and improve systems
  • Partner closely with Business Analysts, Developers, and SMEs to shape solutions that meet both business and user goals

Your Experience

We are seeking an experienced User Experience Designer with London Market insurance expertise. You’ll be confident designing journeys that improve underwriting and policy systems while thriving in agile project environments.

You’ll bring:

  • Proven experience as a UX Designer in London Market insurance
  • Strong track record improving journeys across policy admin systems, underwriting workbench tools, or enterprise workflow solutions
  • Proficiency in Figma, UXPin, Balsamiq, Visio, and Azure DevOps
  • Knowledge of the software development lifecycle and Agile/Scrum delivery
  • Ability to translate business requirements into intuitive user journeys
