About The Role

Qualifications

• Strong background in UX/UI and product design within a SaaS environment.
• Proficiency in user research methodologies—planning, conducting, and translating insights into actionable design improvements.
• Solid portfolio demonstrating previous work, showcasing the ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and user journeys.
• Experience designing for diverse user groups, including those with low digital skills or accessibility needs.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and working effectively within cross‑functional teams.
• Skilled in design tools such as Figma, capable of producing everything from low‑fidelity wireframes to high‑fidelity prototypes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design process from concept through delivery, ensuring user needs are at the forefront of all solutions.
• Conduct comprehensive user research, analyze findings, and apply insights to create user‑centered designs.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and detailed design specifications using Figma, ensuring all designs are accessible and inclusive.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and deliver innovative solutions.
• Iterate on designs based on user feedback and testing results, maintaining consistency with brand standards.
• Advocate for the end‑user throughout the product lifecycle, championing usability and accessibility best practices.
