About the role

We are seeking a talented and user-focused UI/UX Designer to lead design efforts across the NedGraphics and Optitex product suite. This role is critical to modernizing our legacy applications and shaping intuitive, visually compelling user experiences for our customers in the textile and apparel industries.

Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and stakeholders to evaluate workflows, conduct user research, and deliver high-quality design assets that elevate our tools to industry-leading standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead UX/UI design across NedGraphics and Optitex product lines
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and workflow analysis
  • Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver user-centric solutions
  • Advocate for accessibility and design consistency across platforms
  • Establish and maintain a shared design system for the portfolio
  • Contribute to the development of new product lines based on shared user needs
  • Support modernization of legacy software and enhancement of web-based tools

Knowledge & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 3–5 years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in B2B or creative software
  • Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design and visual polish
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar
  • Experience conducting user research and usability testing
  • Familiarity with accessibility standards and responsive design principles
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
