You’ll influence strategic VAT decisions, guide internal teams on complex VAT scenarios, and work closely with technology and AI experts to enhance the company’s VAT processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead VAT technical initiatives and provide strategic guidance across compliance and advisory teams
• Mentor and develop junior staff, building a high-performing advisory function

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 10 years’ VAT experience (UK and/or international), ideally in senior advisory or industry roles
• Broad expertise across domestic and cross-border VAT issues, including supply chain optimisation, reverse charge, partial exemption, contract review, and audit support
• Proven leadership experience, capable of managing teams and influencing strategic decisions
• Commercial acumen with confidence to support client-facing activities
