Role Description

This is a contract remote role for a Veeva MyInsights Consultant. The consultant will be responsible for developing and implementing Veeva MyInsights solutions, customizing dashboards, and generating reports. They will collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and provide insights. The role includes troubleshooting, optimizing existing solutions, and ensuring they meet business needs. Continuous learning and adaptation to new Veeva updates and features is essential.

Qualifications

• Brief Job Description
• 4-6 years of experience in Veeva CRM configuration and Veeva CRM APIs.
• Able to manage data in backend objects like permissions, add users, etc.
• Knowledge of Veeva MyInsights
• Able to create custom triggers, fields, etc. in backend objects
• Able to configure new workflows
• Should be able to write unit and system integration test cases and perform testing
• Document development processes, architecture decisions, and integration setups for knowledge sharing and future support
• Should be able to create documentation for the development work per the templates provided
• Should be able to work independently and have good task management

Good to have

• Skills (Primary + Secondary) : Veeva MyInsights + APIs
• Brief Job Description
• Integrate MyInsights dashboards with external APIs (RESTful), ensuring dynamic real-time data feeding, display, and refresh mechanisms
• Write, test, and debug custom code for consuming APIs, managing authentication/authorization (OAuth, API Keys, etc.), and error handling
• Work with Veeva configuration, CRM objects, and metadata to ensure seamless integration between internal Veeva data and external sources
• Document development processes, architecture decisions, and integration setups for knowledge sharing and future support
• Should be able to create documentation for the development work per the templates provided
• Should be able to work independently and have good task management
