Vehicle Thermal & HVAC Attribute Manager
Vietnam (Accommodation and Expenses paid)

Contract - 6 Months to start

up to £80 per hour

As the Vehicle Thermal & HVAC Attribute Manager, you will lead the development, integration, and validation of thermal systems-optimizing battery cooling, powertrain management, HVAC performance, and heat pump efficiency to ensure comfort, efficiency, and compliance in all conditions.

Responsibilities:

• Lead thermal system design, sizing, and integration
• Define and cascade vehicle-level thermal performance targets
• Oversee HVAC and heat pump development
• Coordinate validation through physical and virtual testing
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and suppliers

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in automotive thermal systems.
• Expertise in thermodynamics, refrigeration, battery/powertrain cooling.
• Proficiency in GT-Suite, KULI, or Flowmaster.
• Strong project leadership and communication skills.
