Vice President of Enterprise Sales, IgniteTech (Remote) Base pay: $100.00/hr ($200,000/year). Compensation is paid weekly. In the B2B long‑cycle world, 70–90% of the following year’s top line depends on renewal performance, expansion execution, and rescue discipline. Our approach is a system‑driven commercial engine that consistently outperforms individual heroics. What You Will Be Doing
Owning renewals and expansions from pipeline stage through executed signature. Leading executive reviews and controlling escalation processes. Designing and approving commercial proposals and contract terms built to withstand scrutiny.
Key Responsibilities
Expand enterprise account revenue and retention via disciplined commercial execution, strategic account stewardship, and frictionless customer integration.
Basic Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in the B2B enterprise software sector. Minimum 5 years of experience managing renewals, expansions, or account growth initiatives. Demonstrated use of LLMs and other GenAI tools to optimize workflows. Proven experience managing enterprise accounts valued in the multi‑million‑dollar range. Hands‑on experience with CRM platforms and Order‑to‑Cash (O2C) workflows. Background working with customers in regulated industries (finance, healthcare, or pharma), including compliance‑oriented commercial frameworks. Track record leading sales or account management teams in quota‑carrying capacities and coaching on deal structure and negotiation tactics.
