About the role
- Revenue Leadership: Own Monterosa’s sales strategy, delivering predictable, scalable revenue growth across sports, media, and entertainment (with scope to expand into DTC/retail).
- Team Development: Build, manage, and mentor a world-class sales organisation, embedding accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Market Expansion: Lead go-to-market strategies for new regions and verticals, leveraging Monterosa’s technology and reputation.
- Customer Acquisition & Growth: Personally lead and close strategic enterprise deals with top-tier customers.
- Sales Operations: Implement best-practice processes in forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting.
- Commercial Strategy: Work with leadership on pricing, packaging, and value propositions to maximise customer success and revenue outcomes.
About you
We are seeking an experienced sales leader for this high-impact role, ideally with a track record of scaling a SaaS or tech-enabled services business.
You’ll bring expertise, energy, and a global perspective to help us expand into new verticals and geographies while continuing to deliver exceptional value to our customers.
The right person will combine an enthusiasm for sports fandomwith a deep understanding of software, enabling them to position Monterosa’s solutions effectively.
