Responsibilities

• Manage the entire editing process from first cut to final polish for ads and branded content.
• Deliver ready-to-publish video outputs suitable for digital platforms.
• Collaborate with the project owner to understand goals, tone, and audience.
• Adapt edits for different formats and social channels as needed.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent proficiency in Polish, with the ability to edit and localize content effectively.
• Proven experience in editing ads and branded content for digital platforms.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating storytelling, pacing, and audience engagement techniques.
• Proficiency with industry-standard editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Skills in color correction, audio enhancement, and motion graphics integration.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver consistent, brand-aligned content.
• Reliable communication and ability to work independently in a remote setup.
• Availability for potential follow-up work as projects progress.
