Job Title:Voids Inspector(West & Outer London)
Contract Type:Permanent
Salary:£35,810.58 per annum
Working Hours:40 hours per week, full time
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, Hybrid
Location: Arlington, London

The difference you will make as aVoids Inspector

To ensure the efficient turnaround of void properties by conducting pre, mid and post inspections, producing detailed schedules of work, and managing the workflow with contractors and Direct Labour. The role aims to prepare properties to a high standard for re-letting within agreed timescales, while ensuring compliance with health and safety, building standards, and organisational policies.
