CRM & Data Administrator – Help reduce global education inequality! Greater Share seeks a detail-oriented, accurate Hubspot admin to manage our data.

What are we looking for?

• 3+ years in data administration with Hubspot are essential for this role


• Relish the chance to be our in-house data admin


• Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM tools essential


• English working knowledge

What will you be doing?

Greater Share is a philanthropic investment platform connecting leading private equity funds with high-impact education NGOs. Our $54m fund supports eight NGOs working to close the global education equity gap. Learn more www.greatershare.com

Role Details

• Remote, with optional in-person meetings in London


• Time commitment ~8 hours/week for the first 2 months, then 4–8 hours/week


• Minimum commitment 6 months


• We\'re a growing startup organisation and one area we\'ve outgrown is our CRM—so we\'re looking for a CRM/Data Administration Volunteer with 3+ years’ experience in HubSpot.

What You’ll Do

• Database clean-up


• Update and restructure data on our HubSpot


• Support our mission


• Ensure key interactions with investors, donors, and prospects are tracked and organized


• You\’ll work directly with one of our volunteers, a CRM expert with over 10 years of CRM expertise with household brand names, and with Dorothea Arndt, Executive Director, who brings over 20 years of experience in social impact and education, and has raised millions for global causes.
