• £120,000 + Equity Potential

Your Expertise

You'll have deep experience in building and scaling cross-functional tech teams and leading them through transformational growth.

• Drive technical execution and deliver a high-performing, collaborative culture.
• Ensure delivery, stability, and scalability, supporting long-term customer retention.
• Manage key relationships and partner with the Chief Product Officer.
• Drive enterprise-grade excellence and embed best-in-class engineering practices.

• Experience as VP of Engineering, CTO, or senior technical leader.
• Solid Python development skills and proven ability to scale cross-functional teams.
• Hands-on experience delivering stable, scalable SaaS products.
