The VP HEOR, BD and Delivery will lead client outreach, client discussions, advice, business development initiatives, management, design, execution and quality control of any (health) HEOR work efforts to support client deliverables across pricing, reimbursement, and market access strategies.
This individual will act, from time to time, as a project-level senior advisor — responsible for scoping and overseeing the building, and delivering integrated work. They will work closely with the Global Head of HEOR and cross-functional consulting teams to ensure HEOR work approaches align with client strategy and payer requirements.
The VP is expected to have a first-rate understanding of all HEOR methodology and is able to provide strategic and technical advice in client-facing settings, including proposal development and delivery.
Key Expectations
- Contact and engage with clients; present RN’s HEOR capabilities and engage in strategic discussions with clients
- Represent RN at important HEOR conferences
- Lead ideation and overseeing of the development of robust, fit-for-purpose (health) HEOR evidence
- Ensure methodological rigor and compliance with HTA/payer expectations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on pricing, access, and RWE strategies
- Provide strategic input on project methodologies, timelines, and deliverables
- Mentorship of junior HEOR researchers
Profile
- 10+ years in HEOR, with strong HEOR methodological expertise
- Strategic insight on how HEOR work affects other aspects such as access and price
- Track record of delivering diverse work for HTA/payer engagements
- Experience in developing and delivering the full range of economic models (Markov, Dynamic Disease models, Partitioned Survival etc.), literature reviews, indirect treatment comparisons and HTA dossiers etc.
- Technical skills (Excel, R, TreeAge, etc.) and deep familiarity with global requirements (NICE, ICER, JCA, CDA-AMC, etc.)
- Experience in a consulting environment preferred
