Are you an engineering leader with the ambition to shape the future of enterprise AI? We’re working with a fast-scaling technology company whose platform enables some of the world’s largest businesses to operationalise AI at scale. They’re now seeking a VP of Engineering to lead and grow their engineering organisation as they expand globally.

What you’ll be doing:

• Leading engineering teams to deliver secure, scalable product milestones at speed.
• Translating product vision into technical strategy and architecture.
• Embedding systems for code quality, testing, and reliability across the platform.
• Partnering with product, design, and customer teams to accelerate delivery and feedback loops.
• Making key build-vs-buy and architectural decisions while managing technical debt.
• Driving a culture of ownership, urgency, and technical rigour.

What we’re looking for:

• Proven success shipping enterprise-grade software at scale.
• Experience leading engineering organisations in early-stage or high-growth tech environments.
• Strong technical depth in systems design, architecture, and infrastructure.
• Track record of building, scaling, and mentoring high-performance teams.
• Clear, decisive communicator with a bias for action and simplicity.
• Passion for AI, automation, and transforming how enterprises work.
