What we are looking for

We are seeking a hands-on Vice President of Product Design to join our leadership team. This role combines strategic leadership with direct design contribution: you’ll set the vision for design while rolling up your sleeves to deliver exceptional user experiences across our AI-powered adtech platform.

As VP of Product Design, you will scale and mentor a world-class design team, build robust design systems, and partner with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Data teams to transform complex AI-driven workflows into intuitive, human-centered tools. You’ll represent design at the executive level while ensuring our platform continues to deliver measurable business impact for our customers.

What you’ll do

• Provide strategic direction for product design while contributing directly to hands-on design work
• Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing, multidisciplinary design team
• Lead the creation and evolution of design systems based on atomic design principles, ensuring scalability and consistency
• Champion user research practices, making sure design decisions are grounded in behavioral insights, testing, and customer feedback
• Set high standards for advanced interaction design and micro-interactions, raising the overall product experience
• Ensure rapid prototyping, testing, and validation are embedded in team workflows
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Data teams to align roadmaps and deliver user-first solutions
• Translate complex AI-driven insights into simple, elegant, and actionable product experiences
• Advocate for accessibility, usability, and creativity while ensuring design contributes to business growth
• Represent design at the executive level, making it a core driver of strategy and innovation

What you’ll bring

• You have 12+ years of product design experience, with at least 5 years in senior leadership roles
• You balance hands-on design execution with the ability to set and communicate a bold vision
• You bring a strong portfolio of work across AI-driven SaaS, adtech, or data-rich digital products
• You are experienced in building and scaling global design teams and design systems
• You have deep expertise in UX best practices, atomic design, prototyping, and user research
• You’re an excellent communicator and storyteller who can influence at every level
• You are fluent in English; other European languages are a plus
• You thrive in a flat, collaborative organization and are comfortable traveling regularly within Europe
