A global digital engineering and IT services leader is seeking a VP of Sales (Hunter) to drive new logo acquisition and accelerate growth within their high‑performing Digital Product Engineering Services business across Europe. This is a pivotal, high‑impact role for a proven hunter who thrives on building executive relationships, shaping complex technology solutions, and winning large‑scale digital transformation deals.

The Opportunity

You’ll be joining a globally recognised technology partner that helps enterprise clients accelerate digital innovation through cloud‑native engineering, modernization, and product‑led transformation. With deep capabilities across Cloud, AI, Data, Application Modernisation, and Experience Design, this practice is one of the company’s fastest‑growing and most profitable business units.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new business development and own full sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure.
  • Identify and win strategic multi‑million‑dollar engagements in Digital Product Engineering, Cloud Modernisation, and AI‑led platforms.
  • Develop and maintain strong C‑level relationships across target accounts.
  • Collaborate with delivery and pre‑sales teams to shape high‑value solutions and proposals.
  • Achieve annual new revenue targets through consistent pipeline growth and deal execution.

What We’re Looking For

  • 10+ years of enterprise sales experience in IT Services or Digital Engineering, with a strong track record of new logo wins.
  • Deep understanding of modern software engineering, agile product delivery, and cloud‑native technologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to sell large, complex transformation programmes (£1m–£10m+).
  • Strategic hunter mindset with experience engaging senior stakeholders across Retail, Manufacturing, Financial Services, or similar sectors.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
