Overview
We\'re looking for an experienced Chartered Financial Planner (or working toward Chartered status) to join Isio Wealth Planning as a Wealth Adviser. The role targets high-net-worth (HNW) individuals and seeks to expand our national wealth advisory proposition with industry-leading standards in wealth planning, service and delivery.

Isio was born in 2020 from the sale of KPMG UK’s Pension Practice to a private equity firm. What\'s the role?
As a Wealth Adviser with Isio Wealth Planning, you will have a strong track record of working with high net worth individuals, with excellent financial planning, wealth consulting and technical skills, a commercial outlook and an entrepreneurial mindset. You will have begun to build a network and be establishing relationships with introducers.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with colleagues across the business to deepen client relationships and gain introductions to their clients.
- Provide exceptional advice and service to clients through initial and ongoing engagements.
- Support continued growth by advising and servicing both new and existing clients.
- Build Isio Wealth Planning\'s profile and engagement internally and externally.
- Engage your external network to grow a book of clients.
- Ensure Isio Wealth Planning is a credible, integrated part of the wider Isio proposition, adding value to internal and external introducers and their clients.
- Contribute to the growth aspirations of the business.
- Ensure all advice is compliant and meets high professional standards.
Key Skills & Experience
- Chartered Status (or working towards it), with at least 3 years\' experience as a Wealth Adviser.
- Proven ability to build and maintain a client base through internal and external networks.
- Experience delivering holistic financial planning and wealth advice.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team and wider business.
- Strong reputation for excellence in client advice and service.
- Presence to establish credibility and trust in one-on-one and group settings.
Where is the role?
You can be based in any of our nationwide offices with a hybrid workstyle (a couple of days from home per week).
