About the Role
We are looking for a creative and strategic Web Design Manager to lead the design and development of our digital presence. You will oversee the look, feel, and functionality of the ICPS website, ensuring it aligns with our mission and communicates our work powerfully to the world. You’ll manage a talented team and collaborate across departments to guide the creation of visually compelling, user-friendly, and purpose-driven web content.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead Web Design & Development: Oversee the design, functionality, and maintenance of ICPS’s WIX-based website.
- Manage a Global Team: Mentor and coordinate a team of 12 creative and technical professionals, ensuring timely delivery and innovation.
- Collaborate Across Departments: Work with ICPS teams to design pages and tools that meet specific goals.
- Ensure Brand & UX Excellence: Uphold a consistent brand identity and deliver world-class user experiences.
- Project Management: Utilize tools like Figma and Trello to track progress and streamline design workflows.
Skills & Competencies
- Expertise in WIX, UI/UX design, and responsive website development
- Strong team leadership and communication skills
- Eye for detail, visual creativity, and professionalism
- Project management experience in fast-paced, collaborative settings
- Experience in HTML, CSS, or JavaScript is an added advantage
Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration
- Minimum 5 years in technology leadership, including 3 years in senior roles managing web or IT teams
- Experience with non-profit or mission-driven organizations (preferred)
- Fluency in English (CEFR C1)
- Availability for 8–10 hours weekly (remote, flexible hours)
