The Role

You will support the development of future Laboratory Technicians by driving learner progress, combining your laboratory expertise with coaching skills. Your role includes building strong relationships with learners, employers, and mentors to ensure successful outcomes.

The Interview Process

Applications are reviewed as received, with first-stage calls scheduled promptly. Final interviews will be held on 12th and/or 13th August in Birmingham. Please be prepared to travel if selected.

About You

We seek individuals with the right attitude and aptitude, who are passionate about science, self-motivated, collaborative, and eager to share knowledge. You should enjoy working in labs, supporting learners across the UK, and be comfortable traveling occasionally.

Safeguarding

This role involves contact with learners aged 16 and above. Tiro is committed to safeguarding and will conduct checks, including a DBS disclosure if successful.

The Package

• Salary: £35,000 to £40,000 depending on experience
• 28 days annual leave plus bank holidays
• Flexible hours, around 37.5 hours/week
• Remote work with occasional travel
