More important than your Workday experience, our recruiting priority is to get to know you and ensure a culture fit.**About this Role*** Consulting/Professional Services Experience – 1 to 2.5 years, Minimum Workday Ecosystem Experience – 1 year.* Consistently lead client demos and explain Workday functionality without support.* Occasionally called upon to serve as a Senior Consultant for a workstream.* Demonstrates situational awareness.* Develop routine deliverables with minimal supervision.* Does not require direct instruction when conducting primary Workday implementation responsibilities.* Works Independently and knows when to ask for assistance.* Demonstrates comprehensive understanding of job responsibilities and core work product.* Contributes regularly to internal initiatives.* Contribute to methodology development in their area of expertise.
