WPP EMEA People Process & Readiness Manager
Location: UK/EMEA
The WPP EMEA People Process & Readiness Manager is a key role responsible for driving the successful adoption of Workday HCM across the EMEA region. This role leads the planning, execution, and management of operational readiness workshops, change impact assessment sessions, and stakeholder engagement activities. The manager will work closely with agency stakeholders to ensure they are fully prepared for Workday, and will play a critical role in driving operational readiness and process excellence initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning and facilitation of operational readiness workshops for agencies, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge and tools necessary to successfully transition to Workday HCM.
- Manage the execution of change impact assessment sessions, identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies to ensure smooth adoption of Workday.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with agency stakeholders, serving as a trusted advisor and point of contact for all process and readiness-related matters.
- Provide expert guidance and support to agency process owners and change champions, empowering them to drive process excellence and change management within their organizations.
- Monitor and track progress against key process and readiness milestones, identifying and addressing any potential roadblocks or issues.
- Collaborate with the People HCM Technology team and Comms, Change & Training team to ensure alignment on build/development cycle and timeline.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of global documentation standards (e.g., SOP templates, user journey maps, training materials).
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation, leveraging Workday HCM to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
- 5+ years of experience in HR, IT, or a related field, with a focus on process excellence and change management
- Deep understanding of process engineering principles and methodologies
- Experience with Workday HCM, including implementation and configuration
- Proven ability to lead and facilitate workshops and training sessions
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Fluency in English and at least one other European language
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations and fast-paced environment.
- Organized with a natural inclination for planning strategy and tactics.
- Good knowledge and experience of EMEA HR processes and local legislation
