Overview

Keylime Consultants are working in partnership with a global organisation to appoint a Workday HR & Total Rewards Lead. This is a permanent position based in West London. The role is hybrid with significant international travel.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a forward-thinking international business, playing a key role in enabling global HR functions through total rewards delivery, benchmarking and effective use of Workday reporting and analytics.

Responsibilities

  • Support the delivery of total rewards programmes, provide accurate reporting and insights, and help colleagues across the business make the best use of Workday.
  • Hands-on experience using Workday HCM, including EIBs, reporting and data extraction, and working with Excel (including pivot tables).
  • Support total rewards activities such as benchmarking with Mercer, salary structures, incentive programmes and benefits.
  • Help and train HR colleagues and wider business users on Workday best practices as needed.
  • Analyse workforce and reward data and translate findings into clear, actionable insights.
  • Understand reward governance and compliance requirements.
  • Support budget planning processes including FTE planning and personnel cost forecasting.
  • Maintain strong communication and build effective relationships across international teams.
  • Fluent in English and comfortable working across multiple entities and regions.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience using Workday HCM including building reports, using EIBs, extracting and manipulating data, and working with Excel.
  • Experience supporting total rewards activities and benchmarking.
  • Experience training HR colleagues and wider business users on Workday.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Understanding of reward governance and compliance requirements.
  • Experience with budget planning and personnel cost forecasting.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across international teams.
  • Fluent English; comfortable working across multiple entities and regions.
