With plans to hire 70+ professionals across Product and Engineering in the next 6 months, this is an exciting time to join a business that is growing fast and building tech that makes a real difference.

We are urgently seeking x3 experienced Product Owners to join their growing product function and take ownership of customer-facing digital journeys — including websites, web applications, mobile experiences, and A/B testing-driven development.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Own and define the product strategy, roadmap, and vision for customer-facing FinTech platforms
• Drive the end-to-end delivery of websites, applications, and tools that improve the customer journey
• Work closely with software engineers, designers, and stakeholders in a cross-functional Agile team
• Develop user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria that support product goals
• Use A/B testing, analytics, and user research to validate features and inform product decisions
• Collaborate with stakeholders in pensions, ISAs, and investment services to meet regulatory and customer needs
• Continuously improve the customer experience and overall digital engagement

Must-Have Experience:

• 3+ years in Product Ownership or Technical Business Analysis
• Solid experience with customer-facing websites, applications, and digital journeys
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
• Experience working in FinTech, ideally with pensions or ISAs
• Proven success delivering products in Agile software development environments
• Understanding of API integrations, data migration, and SDLC
• Background collaborating closely with software engineering teams
• Familiarity with A/B testing, usability testing, and user research practices
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
• Analytical mindset – comfortable using data to make informed decisions

• £55,000–£70,000 base salary
