Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor multiple full‑stack engineering teams in a hands-on capacity.
• Collaborate across product and engineering meetups; participate in architectural decisions.
• Drive delivery in Agile (SCRUM) sprints, ensure code quality and maintainability.
• Contribute to AWS infrastructure, DevOps, and CI/CD as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a tech leader
• 1+ years of experience managing multiple teams
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming
• Polyglot full-stack developer mindset; eager to learn and improve
• Collaborative approach with a passion for creating positive impact
