Senior Account & Project Manager – Awesome clients!

We’re working with a bespoke, growing, and imaginative agency delivering exceptional conferences, incentives, and creative experiences for clients who demand unforgettable events.

They’re now looking for a hands-on Senior Account/Project Manager to join their team. This is a brand new role — a chance to shape your own corner of the business and grow with a team that blends big ideas with brilliant execution. There is also the opportunity for European travel, with a view to expanding globally in the future.

What they’re looking for:

You’ll be an experienced Account and Project Manager with a background in events, incentives, or conferences. Someone who’s confident managing client relationships as well as making complex projects run smoothly. A creative thinker, a calm head under pressure, and someone who takes pride in their work and is willing to collaborate to get the job done.

Ideal experience:

• Previous agency experience (incentives, conferences, live events, influencer events)
• Strong client servicing skills — putting proposals together, clear, confident, and consultative
• End-to-end project management across multiple stakeholders and timelines
• Budget management and supplier liaison
• Excellent attention to detail, a can-do mindset, and collaborative energy
