Responsibilities
- Building and configuring hardware
- Responding to tickets and logging incidents
- Offering great customer service and resolving issues in a busy environment
- Ensuring a smooth operation in a 1st line capacity
Qualifications
- Around 1-2 years experience working on a service desk/IT Helpdesk
- Knowledge of Active Directory
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365
- Experience with laptop hardware and smartphone devices
- Familiarity with laptop/desktop builds
- A superb customer service focus
