Responsibilities

  • Building and configuring hardware
  • Responding to tickets and logging incidents
  • Offering great customer service and resolving issues in a busy environment
  • Ensuring a smooth operation in a 1st line capacity

Qualifications

  • Around 1-2 years experience working on a service desk/IT Helpdesk
  • Knowledge of Active Directory
  • Knowledge of Microsoft 365
  • Experience with laptop hardware and smartphone devices
  • Familiarity with laptop/desktop builds
  • A superb customer service focus
