AfriLife M.I.N.D. is inviting passionate individuals to join our leadership team as a Volunteer Director, helping us drive forward our mission to empower and uplift the BAME community through a culturally responsive, (w)holistic approach to health, wellbeing, education, and inclusion.

AfriLife M.I.N.D. is a profit-for-purpose charity offering culturally sensitive services that support mental, emotional, physical, and social wellbeing, particularly for those in Black, African, and Caribbean communities.

About the Role

As a Volunteer Trustee Director, you will actively work alongside a passionate and dynamic board to support strategic development, good governance, and the continued growth of our mission. This is a meaningful opportunity to help shape the future of AfriLife M.I.N.D. and make a lasting impact in communities that need it most. Attending and being instrumental in monthly general meetings, as well as joining short weekly catchup sessions offering ideas for growth and productivity.

You’ll Bring:

Experience in leadership, governance, or community development

Passion for health, education, or social justice

A commitment to values-driven, people-first service
