Responsibilities

• Master your toolkit. Work across diverse tech stacks to refine your ability to choose the right tools for every challenge, from monolithic to microservices architectures, gRPC to REST APIs, Kubernetes to Docker, Python to Rust.
• Build stuff that matters. Take full ownership of your work from ideation to execution, building software from the ground up and seeing how your code becomes a scaled product.
• Simplify relentlessly. Turn complexity into simplicity by optimizing CI/CD pipelines, writing maintainable code, and crafting minimalist architectures to enable scalable, future-proof solutions.

The selection process

Screening with tests to assess problem-solving approaches, followed by interviews. Role may remain open for months or be reposted.
