Overview

Join to apply for the 2026 Grad Program, Software Engineering role at Bending Spoons.

This is an exclusive opportunity for top students on track to graduate between December 2025 and December 2026 to learn, make an impact, and accelerate their career at an exceptionally high rate.

Responsibilities

  • Master your toolkit. By working across diverse tech stacks, refine your ability to choose the right tools for every challenge. From monolithic to microservices architectures, gRPC to REST APIs, Kubernetes to Docker, Python to Rust—understand the purpose of technologies to unleash their full potential.
  • Build stuff that matters. You’ll have autonomy and ownership of your work from ideation to execution, building software from the ground up and seeing how your code becomes a product used at scale.
  • Simplify relentlessly. Turn complexity into simplicity by optimizing pipelines, writing maintainable code, and crafting minimalist architectures for scalable, future-proof solutions.

What we look for

  • Reasoning ability. Solve complex problems, think from first principles, structure ideas sharply, and attend to details that matter.
  • Drive. Ambitious, with initiative, effort, and tenacity matching your ambition; hold yourself to a high and rising bar.
  • Team spirit. Support the best idea, help your team, and be reliable, honest, and transparent.
  • Proficiency in English. Read, write, and speak proficiently in English.

What we offer

  • Incredibly talented, entrepreneurial teams. Small, result-oriented, autonomous teams with bright colleagues.
  • An exceptional opportunity for growth. We hire individuals of outstanding potential and place them to thrive; Spooners in their 20s lead significant products and projects.
  • Competitive pay and access to equity. Salary ranges are provided and equity options may be available. Relocation tax benefits may apply in Italy.
  • All. These. Benefits. Flexible hours, remote working, learning support, comprehensive health insurance, relocation support, parental leave, and annual retreats.
