Overview

Be among the first 25 applicants. At Bending Spoons, we strive to build one of the all-time great companies. We aim to serve a huge number of customers, help team members grow, operate at high effectiveness and efficiency, and create value for shareholders while upholding high ethical standards. This is an exclusive opportunity for top students on track to graduate between December 2025 and December 2026 to learn, make an impact, and accelerate their career at an exceptionally high rate.

Responsibilities

  • Master your toolkit. By working across diverse tech stacks, refine your ability to choose the right tools for every challenge. From monolithic to microservices architectures, gRPC to REST APIs, Kubernetes to Docker, Python to Rust—demonstrate that true expertise is about understanding purpose to unleash full potential.
  • Build stuff that matters. You’ll enjoy autonomy and take full ownership of your work, from ideation to execution. You may build software from the ground up and see how your code evolves into a product used at scale.
  • Simplify relentlessly. Turn complexity into simplicity by optimizing processes and crafting maintainable, scalable solutions.

What we look for

  • Reasoning ability. You can solve complex problems from first principles, structure ideas sharply, resist biases, and focus on details that matter.
  • Drive. You are highly ambitious, with initiative, effort, and tenacity matching your ambition. You take responsibility for your work and hold yourself to a high bar.
  • Team spirit. You support the best idea, not your own. You’re reliable, honest, and willing to help your team; you give generously without expecting something in return.
  • Proficiency in English. You read, write, and speak proficiently in English.

What we offer

  • Incredibly talented, entrepreneurial teams. Small, result-oriented, autonomous teams with motivated colleagues.
  • An exceptional opportunity for growth. We hire individuals with outstanding potential and place them to thrive. Early-career Spooners lead significant projects and grow into essential roles.
  • Competitive pay and equity. Salary ranges are provided for different regions, with potential equity options and rapid pay growth with experience. Some incentives may include tax considerations when relocating.
  • All. These. Benefits. Flexible hours, remote work, support for learning and training, health insurance, relocation support, parental assistance, and annual retreats. We help you set up your best-work conditions.
