We are looking for a passionate and curious Graduate Air Quality Consultant to join our supportive and collaborative team. What You’ll Do

  • Support air quality assessments across a range of UK and international projects.
  • Use cutting-edge dispersion modelling and ambient monitoring techniques to evaluate environmental impacts.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver sustainable and responsible solutions.
  • Contribute to projects that prioritise wellbeing, societal benefit, and environmental integrity.
  • Learn from experienced professionals and grow through mentorship, training, and real-world experience.

We have opportunities in the following locations: Brighton, Bristol, Inverness, London and Manchester.

Candidate Specification

At Mott MacDonald, we’re looking for curious, motivated graduates who want to make a real difference. To be eligible, you will have less than 12 months’ relevant experience (excluding placements) and have a Master’s degree obtained no earlier than 2024 or expected in a relevant discipline:

  • Environmental Science
  • Environmental Management
  • Air Pollution Management

You should demonstrate genuine interest in the opportunity and in joining Mott MacDonald by highlighting relevant experience or interests—such as modules studied, previous work experience, or research about our company, values, and projects.
