GRADE: Band 4

SALARY SCALE: £30,353 - £33,016 per annum
The eRostering Team implement and maintain HealthRoster (Optima), an RLDatix (Allocate) Software electronic rostering system currently being rolled out in NHS Lothian. Our aim is to have the right staff with the right skills in the right place at the right time.
We now require 3 HealthRoster Project Support Officers to join our team for 12 months to support with the required contract and roster changes for the Reduced Working Week (RWW). The post holder will support the HealthRoster Project Lead with the implementation of the changes ensuring data held in the system is accurate and in line with the Scottish Government guidance on the Reduced Working Week.
The ideal candidate will have experience of working in an office/user support environment, experience in data analysis and reporting and proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
