A prestigious and ever-growing international law firm based in the City of London is looking to hire two experienced Legal PAs to support two Partners and their respective teams.

Roles available:

• 1 x Legal PA - Finance (Perm)

• 1 x Legal PA - Disputes (Perm)

• 1 x Legal PA - Finance 1(2 month FTC)

Location: Within walking distance of Liverpool Street Station
Salary: Up to £47,000 per annum
Hours: 9:30am - 5:30pm
Hybrid: 2 days working from home

Key Responsibilities:

• Complex diary and international travel management

• Scheduling and coordinating meetings and events

• Inbox management and correspondence handling

• Billing and finance administration, including time entries (knowledge of 3E is desirable)

• Supporting matter management processes

What We're Looking For:

• A minimum of 2 years' experience in a Legal Secretary or PA role within a law firm

• Strong organisation and communication skills

• Proven experience with billing and legal finance processes

• Confident managing complex diaries and global travel arrangements

• Proactive and professional team player
