About the Role

We are seeking an experienced 365 ERP F&O Senior Architect with deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 FO/FSCM/AX to lead end-to-end implementations and integrations in complex technology landscapes. The ideal candidate will have strong technical, functional, and team leadership skills.

Mandatory Skills

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 FO Technical: X++, Integration, Workflow
• SSRS/Reporting, Data Migration, Build and Deployment
• Security, Lifecycle Services, Azure DevOps
• D365 integration with external applications
• End-to-End implementation experience in D365 FO/FSCM/AX
• Designing large technology landscapes with multiple system integrations

Additional Skills

• SQL, PowerBI, PowerApps, Mulesoft, SPS Commerce, EDI
• ISV and 3PL integrations
• Performance optimization in Microsoft Dynamics environments
• Role-based security design
• Client interaction and team management (5-15 members)
• Onsite/Nearshore/Offshore work flexibility

Experience

• Total IT experience: 15-18 years
• Relevant experience: 10-12 years in Microsoft Dynamics 365 FO/FSCM/AX
• Education: Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) OR 3 years of progressive experience per year of education
• Implementation Experience: At least 4-5 end-to-end D365 FO/FSCM/AX implementations including integrations

Preferred

• Experience with EDI applications (e.g., SPS Commerce)
• Expertise in Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Record-to-Report, Inventory & Warehouse Management, Retail modules

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of 5-15 resources
• Design, develop, and implement D365 FO/FSCM/AX solutions
• Create detailed design and integrated solution documents
• Evaluate integration touch-points between applications
• Provide recommendations for performance optimization
• Troubleshoot and support client issues during implementations
• Ensure security, workflow, and deployment best practices
