Responsibilities

As 3E Solutions Architect, you will lead the architectural design and optimisation of the Elite 3E platform, ensuring all solutions align with our firm’s digital transformation strategy and business goals. Acting as the subject matter expert, you’ll review the existing system architecture and recommend improvements for performance, scalability, and maintainability. You’ll play a key role in the delivery of self-serve billing and related initiatives, providing expert guidance on data structures, automation opportunities, and configuration best practices.

You’ll collaborate across functions by participating in solution design workshops, technical reviews, and governance forums. You’ll provide technical leadership throughout key project phases including UAT, go-live, and hypercare, ensuring the platform delivers securely and reliably. Maintaining comprehensive documentation on architecture, integration points, and configuration decisions will be critical, along with upholding high standards for data integrity, accessibility, and system security across the 3E ecosystem.

What will help you succeed in this role?

Essential

• Proven experience as a Solutions Architect or Senior Technical Consultant within legal or financial systems.
• Hands-on expertise with Elite 3E, particularly in billing, finance, and reporting modules.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable, effective technical solutions.
• Experience leveraging out-of-the-box configurations in 3E to minimise customisation.
• Familiarity with cloud-based deployments and system integrations (e.g. APIs, middleware).
• Excellent communication skills, with a collaborative and consultative approach.
• Experience supporting digital transformation or large-scale system change projects.
  
  

• In-depth knowledge of Elite 3E architecture and configuration best practices.
• Understanding of data structures, process automation, and workflow design within 3E.
• Experience working with professional services or law firms.
• Awareness of emerging technologies and trends in financial systems or legal tech.
