About the role:

We're looking for our first ever 3PL Logistics Contract Manager - a pivotal new hire who will shape the commercial and operational foundations of Ocado’s third-party logistics partnerships. As Ocado continues its exciting growth journey, outsourced logistics will play a critical role in enabling scalable and cost-effective delivery. This is your opportunity to build and lead the long-term 3PL strategy that supports that journey.

You’ll manage over £50 million in annual logistics spend, leading all aspects of 3PL contract management -from strategy and performance to commercial governance and continuous improvement. It’s a unique opportunity to influence real transformation, align with cross-functional stakeholders, and leave a legacy as the founding hire in a critical, high-impact role.

Due to the nature of this role, a full driving licence is essential -you’ll need to travel to partner and network locations when required.
