A top-ranked Legal 500 and Chambers firm is looking for a Family Solicitor to join their Canterbury office. You will manage a diverse caseload covering private law children, divorce/financial matters, domestic abuse, and unmarried/cohabitation disputes, including legal aid and private paying work.

Role: Family Solicitor

Responsibilities

• Handle own caseload and conduct advocacy where required.
• Manage divorce, finances, private law children, domestic abuse, and cohabitation disputes.
• Generate private paying work alongside legal aid matters.
• Work independently while contributing to a collaborative multi-office team.

Requirements

• 4+ years PQE in Family Law.
• Confident advocacy skills and able to manage own cases.
• Experience with legal aid and private paying clients.
• Ability to build client relationships and generate business.
• Professional, proactive, and collaborative.
