Reports to: Academic Coordinator Team leader

Business Function/Sub-Function: Academic Registry and Academic Services

Work Pattern: 2.5 days per week (weekdays to be worked will be agreed with the successful candidate). At least 1 Saturday per month. Two full days (including the Saturday) in the office and half-day can be worked from home.

Location: NCR/GA

Salary: £30,000 pro-rated to £15,000 (0.5 FTE)

The closing date for this position is 29th August. Interviews are expected to take place around this time. However, the advert may close earlier if a high volume of suitable applications is received.

To administer programmes as designated by the team leader and any other courses offered by the Institute. To contribute to the operation, administration and development of the academic coordination team and the Institute. Metanoia Institute is a busy and expanding organisation incorporating a wide range of academic programmes necessitating, dedicated administrative support which provides the key interface/contact with the student body. Programme allocation will be made on an annual basis according to workload requirements student cohort sizes and operational need.
