The Part You’ll Play as Account Director:
As an Account Director, you will lead an exciting global FMCG brand full of purpose, driving fully integrated campaigns that resonate with consumers and align with the brand’s mission. You’ll oversee strategic direction, ensuring creative work is powerful, purpose-driven, and effective across all channels, including TVCs, digital, and social media.
You’ll work closely with both the client and internal teams to deliver campaigns that elevate the brand and reflect its core purpose. Your strategic thinking, leadership, and ability to deliver purpose-led work will be key to driving success.
Responsibilities include:
- Serve as the strategic lead for the account, shaping and executing integrated campaigns across TV, digital, and other key channels.
- Build and nurture senior-level client relationships, becoming a trusted advisor and key point of contact.
- Provide strategic guidance to creative and client services teams, ensuring campaigns are compelling, purpose-driven, and on-brand.
- Drive the development of purpose-led work that aligns with the brand’s mission and resonates with audiences.
- Manage budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
- Collaborate with senior leadership on account growth and new opportunities.
- Lead and mentor account teams to ensure motivation, support, and high performance.
About your experience:
- Extensive agency experience, ideally as an Account Director or Senior Account Manager overseeing large, integrated campaigns.
- Proven success managing TVCs and purpose-driven work, preferably in FMCG.
- Strong strategic planning skills with a deep understanding of purpose-led marketing.
- Excellent client relationship management skills, especially with senior stakeholders globally.
- Natural leadership to inspire and mentor teams, driving results.
- Highly organized with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
- Experience managing complex, multi-market campaigns across different time zones.
