Role Summary and Impact

We are looking for a paid social specialist to continue their career as Account Director. This role involves day‑to‑day responsibility for the paid social output of one or more busy client accounts and oversight of junior staff. The ideal candidate will have experience managing a team of social specialists in an agency environment, building strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders, and serving as the trusted voice for all things paid social.

You will be responsible for delivering exceptional and exciting social work, leading and training a team of planners and execs, and ensuring seamless delivery of integrated plans alongside other media specialists.

Skills & Experience

  • Extensive experience setting up and optimising paid social campaigns across key social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Snap, TikTok, etc.). Training certifications such as Meta Blueprint are a plus.
  • Experience planning large‑scale paid social campaigns with both brand and direct‑response objectives.
  • Experience compiling detailed and insightful end‑of‑campaign reports and presentations, including regular client QBRs and annual reviews.
  • A proven track record of working with clients and external stakeholders, presenting to clients, and leading calls as required.
  • Experience line‑managing others, training, and mentoring junior staff across all aspects of paid social.
  • Collaboration, friendliness, and a can‑do attitude.
