About The Role
Own and grow a portfolio of major customers, accountable for revenue targets of around £50m+.
Develop and execute strategic account plans to maximise share of wallet and customer satisfaction.
Act as the voice of the customer within Royal Mail, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Lead initiatives to mitigate competitive threats and deploy new products and solutions.
Provide accurate forecasting and collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless customer experiences.
About You
A strategic business developer with strong commercial acumen and a proven track record in sales.
Exceptional influencing and negotiation skills, with experience engaging at board or executive level.
Skilled in strategic planning, project management, and driving change programmes.
Highly detail-oriented professional with a customer-first mindset and proven experience managing complex, high-value accounts.
Minimum 3 years’ sales experience, ideally with knowledge of Royal Mail products and services.
Degree in business, sales, marketing, or related field (ISP qualifications desirable).
