Account Director, SEO / GEO
New Today
Job Description
The opportunity
This is a newly-created role designed to drive the agency’s GEO proposition forward. Reporting directly to the senior leadership team, you'll lead client relationships, shape best practice, and help define how GEO integrates across the wider digital ecosystem. You'll work closely with senior stakeholders to evolve the agency’s GEO product – developing strategic frameworks, guiding content strategy, and ensuring high-quality delivery across multiple accounts.
This is both a strategic and hands‑on role: you'll direct resources across content creation, citation acquisition, and outreach programmes, while remaining ready to roll up your sleeves and build client strategies from the ground up. You'll also have the chance to influence how the agency positions GEO within its broader service offering, helping define standards and processes in a rapidly developing space.
This is a rare opportunity to help define a new category within digital marketing. You'll join a collaborative, forward-thinking team with a genuine appetite for innovation, working directly alongside senior leadership to build the blueprint for how brands engage with generative search.

- Contribute to pitches and client development by producing outline GEO strategies and insights
- Stay ahead of AI and LLM developments, translating emerging trends into practical, scalable solutions for clients
