Fuse, Greater London, United Kingdom Account Director – Ticketing Fuse is looking for an experienced Account Director with ticket management experience, an excellent leader, and thriving within a fast‑paced agency environment. You will report to the Senior Account Director and be the main day‑to‑day point of contact with key clients. Your primary focus will be managing communications, the request and approval process, and delivery of tickets, events and hospitality activations across match days, with potential on‑ground support at global and domestic events. Responsibilities
Manage a team of Account Managers and Account Executives Serve as day‑to‑day point of contact for multiple global clients Oversee the management and distribution of ticketing assets across projects Manage and execute global communications to client markets, providing final review and approval Act as escalation point for the team to the client as required Lead and manage all financial reconciliations for both clients
Desired Skills & Experience
Experience in marketing, particularly with partners, ticketing, and hospitality Project/account management across a variety of sports brands Experience with online ticketing portals and guest management systems Advanced Microsoft Excel skills Strong understanding of financial processes with numeracy and analytical skills Strong reporting capability Experience managing mid‑to‑senior level clients and internal stakeholders Experience working with international clients (bonus) People management and ability to motivate teams
The role is full‑time and requires eligibility to work in the UK. Flexible working is offered with the possibility of occasional UK travel, on‑site events, and weekend work. #J-18808-Ljbffr
