Overview
We’re looking for a Planning Account Director to lead one of the UK’s most high-profile and influential transport clients. This is a role where your work will be seen by millions, with campaigns that shape public perception and influence real behaviour change. You’ll be at the heart of a client-agency partnership that values innovation, collaboration, and strategic thinking—working on briefs that range from large-scale brand campaigns to targeted behavioural messaging.
With a talented planning team by your side and strong creative and activation partners in the mix, you’ll have the platform to deliver integrated, audience-first campaigns that get talked about nationwide. If you’re looking for a role where your work has a genuine impact, this is it.
What you’ll be doing
Leading the planning process for integrated, multi-channel campaigns
Partnering closely with strategy, activation, and creative teams to deliver work that is insight-led and audience-focused
Acting as a senior point of contact for the client, building strong and trusted relationships
Managing a talented planning team, ensuring they’re supported, motivated, and delivering great work
Overseeing the smooth delivery of campaigns, from brief through to post-campaign evaluation
What we’re looking for
Significant media planning experience, ideally with high-profile, multi-stakeholder clients
Strong leadership skills, able to inspire teams and lead client conversations
A confident communicator with the ability to translate strategy into actionable plans
Experience delivering large-scale, integrated campaigns across a variety of channels
Collaborative, adaptable, and comfortable working in fast-paced environments
