Overview
We’re looking for a Planning Account Director to lead UK planning for one of the most recognised FMCG portfolios in the world. This is a rare opportunity to work across household-name brands with global heritage and cultural relevance—brands that consumers have grown up with, buy every day, and talk about with passion.
From seasonal moments that dominate store shelves to bold, category-challenging campaigns, you’ll be driving the strategic and creative thinking that connects these brands with audiences in meaningful, memorable ways. You’ll collaborate closely with creative partners, activation teams, and media owners to deliver campaigns that are as innovative as they are effective.
What you’ll be doing
Leading the planning and delivery of campaigns across multiple brands and categories
Collaborating with creative, content, and activation teams to ensure integrated, innovative ideas come to life
Building strong client relationships, acting as their trusted planning partner
Using insight and data to inform strategy and media selection
Managing a team of planners, developing their skills and ensuring operational excellence
What we’re looking for
Proven media planning experience at AD/Senior Manager level, ideally in FMCG or consumer brands
Strong client leadership skills, with a track record of building trusted partnerships
Creative and strategic thinking, with the ability to challenge and inspire
Experience delivering cross-media campaigns, including digital, AV, and experiential
A collaborative and proactive approach to work
