Account Director – Cybersecurity Consultancy
£75,000 base + 50% OTE | Remote (UK-based)
We’re working with a leading UK cybersecurity consultancy specialising in Penetration Testing, SOC services, and wider InfoSec solutions. As they continue to scale, they’re hiring an experienced Account Director to own and grow a portfolio of existing clients across mid-market and enterprise.
You’ll be the strategic link between technical delivery and commercial success – focused on deepening client relationships, identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities, and ensuring smooth renewals. This is a great opportunity to join a values-led, high-impact business delivering mission‑critical services in a fast‑moving space.
What you’ll be doing:
- Managing a portfolio of existing clients across multiple sectors
- Driving revenue growth through upsell, cross‑sell, and renewals
- Acting as a trusted advisor – translating client needs into tailored solutions
- Collaborating with technical teams to ensure delivery excellence
- Reporting on pipeline, forecasts, and performance
What we’re looking for:
- Strong experience in account management or client success in cybersecurity or tech consulting
- A commercial mindset with a track record of growing key accounts
- Excellent relationship management and communication skills
- Knowledge of Pen Testing, SOC, or InfoSec services is highly desirable
Remote‑first role (UK-based) with occasional travel for client meetings
