Thisrolesupportsanumberofaccounts,ensuringthattheyarebothimpactfulandprofitableand,whereappropriate,growing.ThisAccountDirectorwilltakeresponsibilityforthedeliveryofclientprojects,ensuringqualityworkthatmeetsclientneedsandaddressestheirorganisationalproblemsandmustchampionthatwork.

Youwillregularlybeinvolvedwithdevelopingproposalsandpitchesfornewbusiness,approachingthesewithbothacreativeandcommercialmindset.Thereispotentialforthisroletobecomepermanent,dependingonbusinessneedsandthefuturestructureoftheteam.Thesuccessfulcandidatewillreceiveafullhandoverandplayakeyroleinmaintainingcontinuityanddeliveringresultsduringthisperiod.

ResponsibilitiesofthisAccountDirector:

  • Managingthedeliveryofclientprojects-managingandrunningtheprocessfrominceptiontodelivery–beingaccountablefordevelopingthework,presentingandsellingthiseffectivelytoclients,throughtothefinal,agreeddeliverables.

  • Leadingtheday-to-dayclientrelationshipIndoingso,insupportoftheoverallclientlead,andindoingsoensuringtheprofitability,growthandimpactofclientaccounts.

  • Takingastrategicapproachtounderstandingourclients’needs,interrogatingtheclientbriefs(bychallengingandaskingquestions)todevelopbriefsthatmeetbusinessneedsinaneffectiveandaccountableway.

  • Understandthewidercontextofwhereourworkcanaddvalueandhowtocreatebiggeropportunitiesforourclients.

  • Reportingkeyfinancialandteamdatatotheseniorleadershipteam

  • Participatinginanddrivingthedevelopmentofnewbusinessproposalsandpitches
