Account Executive (German Speaker) at Velocity Global. You will report to the VP, Regional EMEA Sales and be remote based in the EMEA.

Velocity Global is an International Professional Employment Organization (PEO) delivering high touch international expansion services to clients, enabling businesses to hire, payroll and manage talent globally.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and maintain account plans to manage a territory's activity and development.
  • Create and guide your pipeline through strategic outbound activities. Identify new accounts, build internal champions and close deals with important decision makers.
  • Meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly revenue targets.
  • Forecast monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue numbers for the assigned territory to manage sales growth.
  • Develop a high level of knowledge about Velocity Global's products and services, marketplace served, competitive landscape, and other business issues relevant to the position.
  • Provide constant feedback to Sales management on the territory environment.
  • Partner with marketing, sales development, customer success, sales effectiveness and other teams.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in prospect-facing SaaS sales focused on mid-market to large-sized companies.
  • Track record of achieving/exceeding quota targets.
  • Consultative customer service and project management style.
  • Drive and experience with creating unparalleled customer experiences.
  • Ability to assimilate information quickly; comfortable operating across 185+ countries.
  • Estimated travel of 20%.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
  • Fluency in English and German, written and spoken, is required.
