The Role:
We are looking for an Account Executive to join our growth team. This is a high-energy role where you will have the opportunity to build and expand our presence across geographies (with focus on UKI), while also nurturing and expanding our relationships with our existing key clients. This is a highly strategic position, and you will work closely with our leadership team while enjoying significant independence and leverage to drive business growth. The role offers exceptional visibility and leverage that is ideal for those driving to make an impact.

In this role, you will:
- Develop trusted relationships with customers through understanding their needs and creating value
- Establish and develop a strategy for identifying and closing new opportunities
- Engage with a wide variety of stakeholders from business units to construction site executives and project teams; including on-site visits and demonstrations
- Collaborate with our wider sales and marketing team to execute against new leads and opportunities
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and forecast, and drive lead generation
- Collate feedback to drive our product development
- This is primarily a remote role with travel expected to visit our current customers and new opportunities (especially in the UK).
Requirements
We are looking for someone who is highly driven and ambitious, and ready to create a defining chapter in their professional journey. A people person who has a strong passion for construction and construction technology, high EQ, focus on delivering value and a proven capacity for driving things forward.
You will have:
- High drive and agency: you embrace autonomy and ownership, pursue goals relentlessly, and turn challenges into opportunities without waiting for direction
- A strong passion for construction and construction technology, with aim to better and improve the efficiency of the industry.
- Empathy and a knack for consultative selling - our key focus is on creating value
- Flexibility in approach; you succeed in winning over new business and continue adding value and business opportunity with our existing customers
- Strong written and verbal communication skills when dealing with different stakeholders, from line managers to C levels.
- Have an experience level of:
- 6-8+ years in the construction industry with some experience in business development; OR
- 4+ years in construction sales with experience in long and complex sales cycles
Benefits
- Salary of £60,000-£80,000 + 100% OTE (monthly commissions based on new revenue and cash in - includes ramp-up)
