Account Executive - Medical Communications

Account Executive position focused on providing essential project, financial, and client management support to the Client Services team. Responsibilities include financial tracking, project delivery, and maintaining strong client and internal relationships to ensure smooth project execution.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and update project budgets, monitor expenditure, support invoicing, and maintain trackers and reports.
• Assist with client communications, prepare contact reports, and provide updates on financial and project-related matters under the guidance of the Account Manager.
• Play an active role in event management, including venue searches, delegate coordination, and on-site support.
• Foster collaboration across departments; contribute to team meetings, status updates, and account planning sessions.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures; support business development by identifying opportunities within existing accounts and assisting with proposals and presentations.
• Contribute to the wider account team’s success and help achieve client objectives through financial oversight and effective project delivery.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of relevant experience
• Demonstrates high-standard daily duties/tasks
• Strong organizational skills at the project level
• Good written and oral communication skills
• Numeracy and IT skills
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to consistently meet deadlines
